Pour raccorder l’appareil la première fois:
Cliquer le bouton bleu et attendre de voir l’écran où le symbole Bluetooth clignote
Allez aux paramètres de votre IPhone ou appareil Android, section Bluetooth et appariez le lecteur « 180-HID » et choisir « Jumeler »
Lorsque connecté, le symbole Bluetooth cessera de clignoter et l’écran en haut à gauche affiche « HID »
Reconnexion :
Le lecteur devrait se reconnecter automatiquement à votre mobile en quelques secondes
Notes :
Pour l’appli Bergère mobile sur IOS (IPhone ou IPad), choisir le mode « sans lecteur »
Pour les applications AndrOvin Mini et Caprilog, il n’est pas nécessaire de connecter avec le bouton Bluetooth de l’écran principal de ces applications. Le lecteur est « HID » ce qui fait qu’il agit comme un clavier physique connecté à votre mobile.
Pour utiliser sur un appareil Android, vous devez activer le clavier virtuel lorsque le clavier « physique » (le lecteur) est connecté. Allez aux « Paramètres », puis « Clavier »; « Clavier physique » et activez « Afficher le clavier virtuel lorsque le clavier physique est actif »
En mode lecture de tag, le lecteur affiche <<<<0>>>> pour 10 secondes et se remet en mode « No Tag » si aucun identifiant n’est lu
Le lecteur s’éteint automatiquement au bout de 20 secondes si aucune lecture n’a été faite (non programmable)
Le niveau sonore de lecture n’est pas ajustable
Lorsque le lecteur s’éteint et qu’il est rallumé, il devrait se reconnecter automatiquement à votre mobile (quelques secondes)
Le lecteur peut être chargé sur un chargeur standard 5 volts ou un port USB d’un PC. L’indicateur de charge de batterie arrête de clignoter lorsque le lecteur est à pleine charge.
Vous pouvez télécharger les 250 dernières lectures sur votre PC : branchez le lecteur sur un port USB, ouvrez l’application dans laquelle vous voulez les numéros et gardez le bouton enfoncé pour 3 secondes : le téléchargement commencera.
Faites des tests pour la meilleure positon de lecture : La meilleure position semble être lorsque le tag est lu avec l’antenne (la portion trouée du lecteur) au dessus du tag.
Distance de lecture obtenue pour les tags Allflex : 7 pouces avec les nouveaux tags (section noire au centre) et 6 pouces avec les anciens (tout d’un même morceau en plastique jaune).
La lecture par l’avant (le bout du lecteur face au tag) donne un moins bon résultat (environ 2 pouces)
Distance de lecture obtenue avec les tags Shearwell : entre 3 et 5 pouces selon l’orientation du tag
Note : ce lecteur ne se connectera pas sur une balance électronique même bluetooth
To connect the device for the first time:
1) Click the blue button and wait to see the screen where the Bluetooth symbol flashes
2) Access the settings of your iPhone or Android mobile, Bluetooth section and pair the “180-HID” reader and choose “Pair”
3) When connected, the Bluetooth symbol will stop flashing and the top left screen will display “HID”
Reconnection:
The reader should automatically reconnect to your mobile in a few seconds

For EweManage on IOS (Iphone or Ipad), choose “No reader” mode
For the AndrOvin Mini and Caprilog applications, it is not necessary to connect with the Bluetooth button appearing on the main screen of these applications. The reader is “HID” which means that it acts like a physical keyboard connected to your mobile.
To use on an Android device, you must activate the virtual keyboard when the “physical” keyboard (the reader) is connected. Go to “Settings”, then “Keyboard”; “Physical keyboard” and enable “Show virtual keyboard when physical keyboard is active”
In tag reading mode, the reader displays <<<<0>>>> for 10 seconds and returns to “No Tag” mode if no identifier is read
The reader turns off automatically after 20 seconds if no reading has been taken (non-programmable)
The sound level is not adjustable
When the reader turns off and is turned back on, it should automatically reconnect to your mobile (a few seconds)
The reader can be charged on a standard 5 volt charger or a PC USB port. The battery indicator stops flashing when the reader is fully charged.
You can also download the last 250 tags read to your PC: Open the PC application where you want the numbers to be and connect the reader to a USB port. Press the blue button for 3 seconds and the download will start.
Test for the best reading position: The best position seems to be when the tag is read with the antenna (the holed portion of the reader) above the tag.
Reading distance obtained for Allflex tags: 7 inches with the new tags (black section in the center) and 6 inches with the old ones (all from the same piece of yellow plastic).
Reading from the front (the end of the reader facing the tag) gives a less good result (around 2 inches)
Reading distance obtained with Shearwell tags: between 3 and 5 inches depending on the tag orientation.
Note: This reader
will not connect to a Bluetooth electronic scale head
